We are thrilled to announce that our very own Kim Insley-Morrell has been awarded 2020 REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year by the REALTORS® Association of Maui (RAM)!
Recognized for her fellow agent mentorship, community involvement, and dedication to ensuring the image of the REALTOR® community is always of highest standard, Kim received her accolade from last year’s award recipient Alana Rucyzinski while surrounded by her family and many of her CBIP colleagues in a surprise recognition.
With over 20 years of professional real estate experience and over 400 successful transactions, Kim is highly regarded in the industry for her commitment to charitable work and giving back to her community. Her passion for serving others has encouraged many others to enter the profession.
“To be recognized for what is in embedded in me as a service provider is just an absolute dream come true,” Kim said. “To be awarded for something that I strive for and to know that it has been recognized by my peers and the industry is an honor.”
Coldwell Banker Island Properties broker-in-charge, Steve Baker, says it is hard to put all of Kim’s community work to paper. Active within the Maui community, she dedicates much of her time to causes benefitting local food and clothing drives through Hope Chapel and the Maui Food Bank, has spent years fostering and training three different service dogs, and through extensive volunteering at homeless shelters has provided jobs to those in need at her local business.
“Kim’s caring is beyond measure. She gives much of her time and energy to her colleagues, community organizations, and local causes. If one asks of Kim, they are likely to get a ‘yes’ response,” said Steve.
Kim said she feels blessed and fortunate to receive the honor of Maui salesperson of the year and in speaking about her recognition, shared that “the camaraderie, technology, and incredible brokers available” to her have been a great support in this career highlight.
The REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year award recognizes professionals who have made proven contributions to the REALTORS® Association of Maui and real estate industry through both personal and professional achievement and outstanding volunteerism.
