Coldwell Banker Island Properties Foundation Named One of Hawai‘i’s Most Charitable Companies in 2025

Nov 20, 2025 | CBIP Good News, Coldwell Banker Island Properties, Foundation

We’re proud to share that the Coldwell Banker Island Properties Foundation has been recognized by Hawaii Business Magazine as one of the Most Charitable Hawai‘i Companies of 2025, a meaningful acknowledgment of our commitment to strengthening communities across the islands.

At CBIP, giving back isn’t a corporate initiative—it’s part of who we are. Established to amplify the generosity of our agents and staff, the CBIP Foundation focuses on supporting local organizations that uplift families, protect the environment, expand educational opportunities, and strengthen the well-being of our communities. Through volunteerism, fundraising, and direct financial support, our goal is simple: to make a positive, lasting impact in the places we are fortunate to call home.

Meaningful Impact Across the Islands

In 2025, the Foundation awarded $20,000 in grants to 12 nonprofit organizations statewide, supporting causes that align with our core pillars of education, housing stability, keiki and ‘ohana support, conservation, and community wellness. This year’s grant recipients included:

• Best Buddies International
• Hawaiʻi Children’s Action Network
• Hawaiʻi Island Humane Society
• UVSC
• Manaolana Pink Paddlers
• Pihana ka Ikena
• Kaua‘i Food Bank
• Hawaiʻi Workforce Pipeline
• Kiwanis Club of Maui
• Conservation Council for Hawaiʻi
• Ewalu Industries
• Hawaiʻi State Rural Health
• Kapua Pā‘a Mua

These organizations are doing extraordinary work—from expanding access to health resources to supporting keiki and families to protecting Hawaiʻi’s natural spaces—and we are honored to help advance their missions.

Collective Giving That Makes a Difference

Thanks to our agents, employees, partners, and community supporters, the Foundation contributed over $35,000 in cash donations throughout the year. These funds were made possible through volunteer-led initiatives, office-driven fundraisers, and company-wide programs that exemplify our culture of aloha and service.

Being recognized as one of the most charitable companies in Hawai‘i reinforces what we already know: when we work together with purpose, our impact reaches far beyond real estate.

We look forward to expanding our giving efforts in 2026 and continuing to support organizations that uplift our island communities and the people who make them so special.
