In Kapalua, condominium sales were up 1,200% last month in when compared to this time last year, with units selling 31% faster compared to September 2020.

Historically the condo market has lagged behind the single-family home market. As buyers begin to feel priced out of homes they turn to condos and as a result, it is expected to see increases in condo demand and pricing. We experienced just this in September as there were double the amount of condo sales (107%) and a 48.6% increase in median sales price island-wide when compared to September 2020. Month over month, the median condo sales price increased by $78,125.
