Collectively, our 500+ agents across Maui, Hawaii Island, and Kauai propelled us to historic highs. Compared to the previous year, we doubled our sales volume from $1.3 billion to $2.6 billion in 2021, closing over 2,700 transactions statewide—once again solidifying our position as the top brokerage on Maui.

Aside from a record-breaking year in sales, our expansion in West Maui marked another company milestone. Highlighted by a complete overhaul of our Kapalua office, we upgraded workstations, refreshed our client facing spaces, enhanced opportunities for our agents to collaborate, welcomed the addition of Coldwell Banker Island Vacations property management division, and capped the year off with the acquisition of Maui Showcase Properties.
This growth, coupled with the noteworthy success of our brokerage’s esteemed professionals, attracted an impressive roster of over 100 agents to our six offices island-wide on Maui.
